UC Tissue awarded order for a second Nexus 65C line in South Korea!

South Korean company SsangYong C&B Inc. selected UC Tissue Nexus 65C as a strategic investment for the expansion plan, during second quarter of 2021 UC Tissue successfully deliver a Nexus 65C line to SsangYong sister company Monalisa Co. Ltd in South Korea, the fully servo driven line will include 3 unwinders with automatic mother roll changeover, a Sideris 65L double embossing lamination with linear flex embossing technology combined with a Nexus 65 automatic rewinder, the line is then completed with an ST40 tailselaer a LA 250 accumulator, a Gladius 240 four lanes Logsaw and a CW130C Coremaker. The mechanic and electronic design optimization made in synergy with Unico Engineering and the application of the latest Siemens components as well as UC Tissue SDA automatic products setting and LEAF performance manager allow operators to easily convert high quality finish products at a speed up to 650 meters per minute (2133 Ft/min) .
