Newcel Paper Converters Ltd invest in a new UC Tissue Nexus 65i fully automatic converting line!

With this strategic investment, the United Kingdom based company will be able to enter into the laminated product market as well as dramatically increase output capacity for their well-established AFH business. The new UC Tissue Nexus 65i Away From Home fully automatic converting line will be installed in the first quarter of 2022 alongside Newcel’s existing Nexus 55i line which has been in production since 2015. The new line will include a Sideris 50L fully servo driven double embosser laminator, an ST35 tail sealer, log accumulator and out T352 double lane Logsaw. With the line Newcel Paper will also gain full access to INDUSTRY 4.0 solutions such as the UC Tissue SDA Automatic Products Setting feature and LEAF performance manager to allow operators to easily convert high quality finish products at speeds up to 650 meters per minute (2133 Ft/min) and 35 cycles per minute with the highest efficiency rates.
